Collects basic caller information
Sends SMS notifications to the business owner with call detailsThe service is designed to improve visibility into missed calls. It does not guarantee lead conversion, revenue generation, or business outcomes.2. Free TrialNew customers may receive a 21-day free trial.No payment is required during the trial period
You may cancel at any time during the trial
Continued use after the trial may result in conversion to a paid subscription
3. Pricing & Payment
Standard pricing is $247 per month per phone number/location (unless otherwise agreed)
Payment is due monthly
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of serviceThe service will remain active only while payment is current.4. Customer ResponsibilitiesYou agree that:You are responsible for forwarding your phone number correctly to the system
You are responsible for monitoring and responding to incoming SMS notifications
You are responsible for following up with your leadsSmarter Plan is not responsible for missed opportunities resulting from delayed or lack of follow-up.5. No Guarantee of ResultsThe service provides call capture and notification, not guaranteed outcomes.We do not guarantee:Lead quality
Lead volume
Conversion rates
Revenue impact
6. Service LimitationsThe service depends on third-party providers, including but not limited to:telecommunications carriers
SMS delivery networks
cloud infrastructure providersAs a result, Smarter Plan does not guarantee:uninterrupted service
real-time delivery of messages
100% call capture accuracy
7. SMS & CommunicationBy using the service, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to captured calls.You are responsible for ensuring:your phone number is accurate
you are able to receive SMS messages
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:Smarter Plan shall not be liable for:missed calls
delayed or undelivered messages
lost leads or customers
lost revenue or business opportunitiesThe service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.9. TerminationYou may cancel at any time by:notifying us, or
disabling call forwardingWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:payment is not received
the service is misused
required configurations are not maintained
